Does anyone know how to get rid of a computer virus from a hacker?

my computer went all whack from a hacker and it has some sort of virus it is really annoying what should I do?

1. Get your computer cleaned out immediately.
2. format the PC to kill the virus and the programs installed by the hacker
3. Reinstalling is the best... Otherwise, try using a virus scanner like AVG or a spyware scanner like ad-aware or spybot spamware remover.
4. go to you ms dos prompt and type C: (enter) format C: (enter) y (enter) it will fix all problems
5. i would scan my computer in safe mode with ClamWin Antivirus Dr.Web CureIt EMCO Malware Destroyer SUPERAntiSpyware Spyware Terminator I would use CC Registry Cleaner to remove any invalid registry.
